Epiphone Texan Vintage 1960's - Natural
£3,995.00Price
An original vintage Epiphone Texan acoustic guitar from the 1960s in good playing condition with some wear and checking as you would expect for its age. Made in the USA, this guitar features a Fishman magnetic pickup installed across the soundhole for amplified performance.
Epiphone Texan (FT-79) guitars, famously used by Paul McCartney, are slope-shouldered dreadnoughts made by Gibson in Kalamazoo, featuring a 25.5" long-scale neck, solid spruce top, and solid mahogany back/sides. These vintage instruments typically feature a 1 5/8" or 1 11/16" nut width, rosewood fretboard with parallelogram inlays, and, during the mid-60s, a rosewood bridge with an adjustable saddle.
