This TPP Jeff Beck "Oxblood" Les Paul Tribute has been Produced by The Painted Player Guitar Co. in the UK using a heavily modified Gibson USA Les Paul Standard Goldtop, featuring Gibson Humbuckers with open covers, 54' Lightweight Aluminium wrap-around bridge / tailpiece as per the original guitar and, of course the iconic "Oxblood" paint refinish! Accompanied by 'Schaller style' modern tuners as per the original and an incredibly detailed Relic pattern that picks out all of the little dents, detail and wear and tear acquired from a lifetime of play - for the dedicated Jeff Beck fan, this is a truly incredible guitar produced to top-quality specifications.
 
Jeff Beck's incredible Gibson 54' Goldtop, known as the "Oxblood" Les Paul, has helped carve Beck’s reputation in stone as one of rock’s all-time virtuosos. The original owner of the guitar had requested that the P90 pickups be replaced with PAF Humbuckers and wanted a special 'deep red' refinish to help hide repairs and modfications that had been carried out previously... the result did not impress him but luckily, Beck fell in love with the newly refinished guitar and purchased her there and then! The guitar became Beck's principle instrument, featuring on many timeless recordings and touring with him for decades.
